We will also prepare and or review O. S. H. A. reports, and refer patients to proper medical facilities (i.e. hospitals, doctors and clinics). Our staff knows the right questions to ask, and the correct information to record for you and the client. You receive copies of all patient logs and injury reports. All records are on permanent file and available to the clients, but otherwise kept strictly confidential. We have 40 years of combined experience in the emergency medical field.
